  8. Mettre les morceaux de chocolat puis refermer les pains au lait en faisant attention de bien souder la pâte et de mettre la soudure en dessous, faire une forme ovale, les disposer sur une plaque avec du papier sulfurisé puis recouvrir d’un linge propre et laisser lever 20 minutes
  9. Préchauffer le four à 170 degré 10 minutes (chaleur tournante), badigeonner vos petits pains avec du lait puis enfourner 20 minutes !
