- I have taken left over slices of brown bread and multigrain bread and some left ove edges. Chopped capsicums, onion, tomato and green chilli.
- Now in a wok add 1 tb spoon oil and add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and grated ginger. When onion turn translucent add chopped capsicum and green chilli and saute for 1 minute and cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes. In another pan add cooking oil and add chopped bread pieces and saute 3 minutes and remove it in a plate.
- I have 2 left over idlis and cut it in small pieces and add in half cooked vegetables and mixed well.
- Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add Salt, red chilli powder and mix. Add bread pieces, soya sauce and chopped idlis. Mix well.
- Add 2 tb spoon water and mix well. Stir well. Add tomato ketchup and mix and saute for 1 minute and switch off the flame. Remove it in a serving plate.
- Relish this breakfast immediately otherwise bread will become soggy.
