- Le mélange doit être mousseux, très léger. l'opération prend entre 5 et 10 minutes, jusqu'à ce que la préparation soit tiède/froide.
- Utiliser un moule rectangulaire. Recouvrir le fond de papier cuisson huilé.
- Répartir la préparation dessus et laisser prendre au frigo une nuit (12 heures minimum!!!!)
- Découper la guimauve et rouler les morceaux dans de la noix de coco râpée ou dans un mélange de sucre glace et de maizéna (moitié moitié!)
